aeonian only provides free climate compensated UPS home delivery worldwide on all orders over 750 DKK.

We pack and ship the same week as we receive it from the factory. Shipments under 750 DKK will be charged 75 DKK within european countries and 200 DKK in non-European countries.

Once your package is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code which you can use to track your package.

Your order will be processed as soon as we have received payment in full.

All import duties will be charged to the recipient by UPS or the local customs office directly, once the parcel reaches its destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. aeonian has no control over these charges. For more information on your country's specific import taxes please contact UPS or the customs office in your country directly.

For all parcels that are refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges; the customer assumes full responsibility for all costs of return including postal and/or shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.

Delivery time in Denmark is usually 2–3 weekdays and up to 3-5 days in EU countries, 10 days in the rest of the world. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.

Once you have placed your order we will keep you updated frequently on the progress of the production, so you always know the status of your order.

Please be aware, our shipping partners are experiencing COVID-19 related delays which may result in extended delivery times.
