pre-order terms and conditions

Pre-orders at aeonian are items that have yet to be released or is out of stock and available to purchase in advance. Please read these terms and conditions before shopping pre-order items.

For all pre-orders please note that we take payment on the day of receipt of your order. To pay with Klarna please ensure to select this option at checkout. Find Klarna's payment terms here.

Pre-order items will be processed for delivery once the product has arrived at our warehouse facilities. After receiving your aeonian item(s) you are certainly still eligible to return the item, as agreed in our returns and refunds policy here.

Please note that we can not offer a waitlist. All pre-order items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, and aeonian is unable to hold or reserve items.

Please note that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of aeonian's control. In this unlikely situation, you will, of course, be fully refunded.
